So what differences exist in the student models versus full custom build?
Student models are 2-3a mahogany or IRW/ Eng Spruce with simple Maple bindings, bwb purf and rosette, one piece mahogany neck, dot position markers, clients monogram (MOP) at the 12th fret, 3 ply case. The client does not get to pick the wood sets, specify hardware or add any custom features. Priced under 1K As a good friend of mine calls them the "K.I.S.S." guitars really intended for someone that wants quaility instrument on a limited budget.

By the way I don't offer this model to just anyone. I have to know the client is serious about music and is limited in their funding, because I basicly give away most of my labor. I think I average $2.00/hr on student models and make about 2% on materialsMichaelP38653.4493634259
